Pizzzzzzzza !
Una dintre plăcerile mele culinare include pița făcută în casă. Dacă sunt foarte flămândă și nu mai rezist, folosesc aluat de pizza shopat de la supermaket. Și ăsta are gust bun, dar nu se compară cu aluatul proaspăt de casă. Ei bine, după ce întind aluatul frumușel în tavă mă apuc cu decoratul lui. Aici e o plăcere nemăsurată. Îmi place să adaug feliuțe de roșii, de ardei, de ceapă, boabe de porumb, bucățele de pui sau rondele de salami, măsline, frunze de pătrunjel și cașcaval ras mult, mult. După ce aranjez toate ingredientele astea, prepar sosul ketchup din câteva linguri de pastă de tomate în care presar niște delikat și apă, amestec bine și stropesc toată suprafața piței. Cu 5 minute înainte de a fi gata, scot tava din cuptor pentru a presăra cașcavalul ras deasupra. Nu mai zic că arată atât de apetisant ! Ca un tablou viu, bun de mâncat.
